The Borve’s internal accommodation is organised around a central core staircase and voids to the kitchen and main living space. Ample use of rooflights provides generous amounts of daylight with the open ceilings making the spaces feel much bigger than the exterior would suggest. The open study and gallery to the first floor sit over the kitchen space creating a dramatic interaction between spaces.
 

The house can be clad in various forms to suit both suburban and countryside settings and would be particularly at home as a timber clad house in a woodland setting.

We provide 4 separate services based on the needs and experience of the individuals:

Stage 1: Design choices, options and planning application.
Stage 2: Building Warrants and technical approvals.
Stage 3: Supply of timber kit package only.
Stage 4: Complete build carried out by a preferred contractor to an agreed cost.

All the above stages are carried out for a fixed fee agreed prior to starting the project, giving the client upfront costs to allow them to budget accurately.
